Multiple Approvers on Financial Dimensions

What are multiple dimension approvers?

This feature is an extension of the standard Financial Dimension Approver. With the extension, you can attach a customized approval flow with multiple approvers on each individual financial dimension. This ensures a more flexible and thorough approval process before the final financial control.

ℹ️ Note: This is an add-on feature in Acubiz.

Example of setup

In this example, 3 approvers have been selected, who must process the transaction in a specific order before it is forwarded to financial control.

• Priority: The order of the approvers in the list indicates the priority of the approval flow (who receives and must approve the transaction first).
  
• Add or remove: Click Select to add new approvers to the flow, or click Remove to delete an existing approver.
