In Acubiz, users can set consumption limits per participant or per day on cost accounts. While not a barrier, exceeding these limits requires users to explain any violations of company policy.

Example

For two expense accounts, there are defined limits per participant or per day. If exceeded, users must provide an explanation, which will be visible to the approver before approval.

Amount Limit per Participant

An account for customer gifts requires the number of participants to be entered at settlement.

This account has a maximum limit of DKK 500 per participant.

• A user spends 1,250 DKK for 2 participants = 625 DKK each = explanation required.
• A user spends 1,250 DKK for 3 participants = 417 DKK each = NO explanation required.
