Power of attorney to bank/card issuer
To connect Acubiz with your credit card provider, you need to complete a power of attorney allowing the provider to send transaction data to Acubiz.
The sooner you submit the power of attorney to Acubiz, the quicker we can receive data and start the implementation process. Acubiz will then forward the power of attorney to the credit card provider.data.
| Note: From the credit card provider has received the power of attorney to Acubiz receives data, approx. 7-14 business days. Therefore, the power of attorney is an important factor in getting off to a good start. |
Credit card types
For accurate setup, Acubiz needs to know the company's credit card provider. It's also essential to identify who receives the credit card invoices. The agreements are:
- Company pays and is liable (Company paid)
- User pays and company is liable (Privately paid)
- User pays and is liable (not required in Acubiz).
Ensure the power of attorney is filled out correctly for accurate data collection by Acubiz.
User match key
When Acubiz receives data from the credit card provider, each transaction includes a unique user reference (key ID) for identification. It's crucial that these key IDs are unique per user for proper transaction matching.
The company can request a list of cardholders from the credit card provider to check the created key IDs. Possible key ID solutions include:
- The credit card provider's key ID for each cardholder
- User initials
- User employee number
- Other key IDs based on company agreements.
Delivery of bank transactions
To maximize Acubiz, order two types of credit card transaction deliveries:
- Daily data (daily credit card use)
- Invoice data (monthly credit card statement)
If your credit card provider can supply invoice data, it's recommended to provide it to Acubiz for better integration with your accounting system (ERP).
For any questions, Acubiz can assist you.
