An Acubiz Brush-up course is aimed at new Pro users (administrators and finance staff) who have not previously received an introduction to Acubiz and who need the necessary basic knowledge about administration and operation in the system.
ℹ️ Note: The course is based on the company's current Acubiz setup and the functionalities included in your existing contract.
Standard Course Content
The training is tailored to the relevant roles and covers, among other things:
- Administrator Role: Basic introduction to the administration interface as well as relevant articles and guides for everyday use.
- Finance Role: Review of functions and processes targeted at finance staff as well as access to relevant instructions.
- Q&A and Dialogue: We encourage you to prepare questions about your daily challenges. We analyze these together based on Acubiz's Best Practice principles.
Framework and Conditions for the Course
- No Review of New Functionality: The course is solely based on the existing features of the standard platform and is not a forum for system development or new requests.
- Need for Optimization: If it becomes clear during the course that an improved workflow requires the purchase of additional functionality, the dialogue is handed over to your Acubiz Key Account Manager (KAM), as this may affect your current contract.
- Alternative Use (Consultation Meeting): The hours can, by agreement, also be used as a strategic consultation meeting based on a customer-driven agenda where new opportunities are discussed.
