In Acubiz, users can be assigned different roles based on their tasks. Only a Pro User (What is a Pro User?) with administrator rights can change these roles.

How to Assign and Change User Roles
The user list displays the roles assigned to each user:
Locate the user whose roles you want to change.
Click on ROLES, select or deselect roles using checkboxes, and click SAVE.
This indicates the roles the user currently has:
