Description of the technical integration based on file integration via SFTP

1. Data from Acubiz to Customer (Export)

Summary of Automatic Processes

  • Automatic data processing: Runs on a scheduled basis in Acubiz without manual intervention.
  • 5:45 AM (CET): Import of updated master data from the customer's systems (HR/Payroll/ERP) to Acubiz EMS.
  • 4:00 PM (CET): Export of the day's accounting data from Acubiz EMS to the customer's ERP system via SFTP.
