To get the integration between your company's e-conomic solution and Acubiz up and running, we'll need a "TOKEN" from your e-conomic system. This "TOKEN" acts as a key that allows Acubiz to connect with your specific version of e-conomic.

Please follow these steps:
- Create access to Acubiz in e-conomic
- Create a journal in e-conomic for Acubiz transactions
- Use the generated (saved) TOKEN (ID) in Acubiz
(1) Create access to Acubiz in e-conomic
First, log in to the e-conomic account you want to grant Acubiz access to.
Then, click on this link to generate the "Token" needed for the setup.
You should see this message:

Click ADD APP/TILFØJ APP (depending on the e-conomic language), and you'll be redirected to the Acubiz website where the TOKEN will be displayed in your browser's address field for integration.
Check the address field of your browser (Example)
Copy everything after the = sign, as this is the TOKEN ID you need for Acubiz. Please COPY AND SAVE IT.
(2) Create a new cash journal in e-conomic
Next, we kindly ask you to create a cash journal specifically for Acubiz postings. Please name this cash journal ACUBIZ EMS, as you'll use this name in the next step.
(3) Set up Acubiz with TOKEN (ID) for e-conomic
Now, we need to set up Acubiz to use the saved TOKEN, ensuring that Acubiz sends data to the correct location. Navigate to ADMIN => COMPANY SETTINGS => EXPORT PROFILES. This is where the setup will happen.
In the list of export profiles (which may vary based on your setup), click on the export profile you wish to configure... for example, click on "2. Omkostninger".
Click EDIT on this export profile to access the setup options.
You'll need to fill in or change the following fields:
- Use API export: Set to YES
- Journal name: Enter the name of the journal you created in e-conomic
- Integration type: Choose E-conomics version 3
- Agree ID / Token: Insert the TOKEN ID from the previous step here
- Username: not used.
- Export type: Set to Scheduled
- This means that Acubiz will automatically transfer data daily at 16:00 (CET) if data is ready to be transferred.
Below is an example of a properly configured integration to e-conomic.
