An account split of one attachment may be necessary for VAT purposes.
Split Expenses
Only one finance employee can split expenses across multiple accounts.
For financial control, a transaction can be split:
For example, a hotel cost can be split into 2 accounts:
Open the Transaction:
Change the TYPE OF COST to SPLIT ACCOUNT (see How to create a split account), then select the accounts and enter the amounts for each.
Once split, click SAVE & CLOSE.
The cost is now split.
It can now be approved in Finance.
