This document describes the requirements for the folder structure on the SFTP server when setting up automatic data import to Acubiz.
1. Custom Data Import (External Delivery)
If automatic import of master and dimension data is established, the following folder structure must be used.
When Acubiz has completed the loading, the processed file is automatically moved to the folder \Imported.
| Import Type | Folder Name / File Path |
| User Master Data | [EMSNAME*]\ToAcubiz\Users\Import\ |
| Dimension Information (Values) | [EMSNAME*]\ToAcubiz\Dimensions\Import\ |
ℹ️ Note: You can find additional technical details under SFTP Information (insert link if applicable).
2. System Imports (Internal System Folders)
The following folders are used exclusively by Acubiz for system loading of e-transactions. These folders must not be used or accessed by external parties.
| Import Type | Folder Name / File Path |
| E-transactions (System) | [EMSNAME*]\Etransactions\[provider**]\ |
3. Definitions and Important Prerequisites
[EMSNAME*]: The specific database name for the individual company in Acubiz.[provider]: The name of the specific provider (the folder name varies depending on the provider).
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Case Sensitivity The folder structure on the SFTP server is case sensitive (strictly distinguishes between uppercase and lowercase letters). To ensure flawless integration, it is crucial that both your specific Acubiz solution name and all folder names are specified exactly as shown above.
