If you've set up automatic export for accounting files in Acubiz, it currently runs daily at 16:00 (CET). You can change this using the methods below.

Only users with Administration rights can make this change.

Change schedule

Go to the following section under ADMIN

Here are the activated export profiles in the Acubiz solution. The profile set for automatic export is marked as 'Scheduled':

Click the description of the export profile to modify the schedule.

In the schedule field, you can choose from the following plans:

Export Schedules

• Daily
  Set a start time or an hourly interval for execution.
• Simple Setup (Normal Daily Driving) - Standard!
  Runs daily at 16:00 CET.
• Weekly
  Choose specific days and set a start time or hourly interval.
• Monthly Days
  Specify days of the month with a start time or hourly interval.
• Last Day of the Month
  Runs on the last day of the month with a start time or hourly interval.
• Last Day - X Days
  Runs X days before the month's end with a start time or hourly interval.
• Specific Dates
  Choose pre-determined dates for execution with a start time or hourly interval.

Different plans allow for interval selection, with executions occurring at every full hour within the chosen interval.
