In the case of a multi-company structure, access can be granted to the secondary companies (other than the user's primary company) with the rights offered by the user's assigned roles.
This extension does not apply to the employee being able to settle costs in secondary companies. If it is necessary for a user to be able to pay in companies other than their primary company, see Create user access for settlement in secondary companies |
Access to secondary companies
This is carried out via this function on the user's setup:
Depending on the user's roles, it will grant different access. Examples:
-
Employee (General user)
-
Approver (leader/manager)
If you have DK as your primary company, but must be able to approve users in SE
-
Pro user (Administrator/Finance)
If you have DK as your primary company, but must be able to work in the SE and FI companies
Save the user and this has access to the other companies.
