On each user in Acubiz can be set up what types of transactions the user can make. This may be relevant for users who do not have a company credit card and thus should only be able to make cash outlays.

This setup does not affect other transaction types, including Driving, Allowance, etc.

• Cash
  • The user can only make cash expenses
• Card
  • The user can only make purchases via the company card
• Cash and company cards
  • The user can make both cash expenses and purchases via company cards.
