For each user in Acubiz, it is possible to define which types of transactions the user is allowed to perform. This may be relevant for users who do not have a company credit card and therefore only need access to make cash disbursements.

This setup does not affect other transaction types, including Driving, Allowance, etc.

• Cash
  • The user can only make cash expenses
• Card
  • The user can only make purchases via the company card
• Cash and company cards
  • The user can make both cash expenses and purchases via company cards.
