Acubiz Brush-up course

An Acubiz Brush-up course is designed for new Pro users (What is a Pro user) who have not yet been introduced to Acubiz and therefore do not possess the foundational knowledge required to utilize the Acubiz administration interface effectively.

Standard content in a Brush-up course:

• Basic information about
  • Administrator role
    Articles and guides that may be relevant for a new Pro user with the administrator role.
  • Finance role
    Articles and guides that may be relevant to a new Pro user with the Finance role.
• Questions from existing/new Pro users
  
  • Please feel free to formulate inquiries for the meeting regarding daily challenges.
  • A discussion concerning current challenges will be conducted, which will be evaluated in accordance with an Acubiz Best Practice principle.

The duration of an Acubiz Brush-up course will be approx. 2-3 hours and costs DKK 4,000 excl. VAT

• A Brush-up course is not intended as a review of new functionalities. However, it is possible that the acquisition of additional functionalities may be necessary to address requirements for improved or alternative workflows within Acubiz.
• A Brush-up course focuses on the functionalities that Acubiz provides within the standard platform and does not serve as a venue for the discussion of new requests or enhancements.
• Upon the acquisition of new functionalities, the dialogue will be transferred to an Acubiz Key Account Manager, as such additional purchases may influence the existing contract between Acubiz and the customer.

The duration of a Brush-up course may certainly be utilized in alternative manners, such as a strategic meeting to explore new opportunities. This can be conducted by mutual agreement and will adhere to a customer-driven agenda.
