Company Settings in Acubiz

The company settings control the configuration for each individual company in Acubiz. If your solution includes multiple companies, the settings are configured individually for each company.

How to Access Company Settings

• Click on My Settings (gear icon).
  
• Select Company Settings.
  

ℹ️ Note: The company name appears in parentheses next to the menu.

Administration and Functionality

Depending on your specific setup and any additional modules purchased in Acubiz, you can manage the following elements, among others:

• Acubiz Mileage (mileage registration)
• Duplicate control. Read: Duplicate report and duplicate control
• Email setup.
• Status email (setup and frequency). Read: Status emails (Automatic notifications)
• CPM (Company Policy Match report). Read: CPM: Financial approval report (Reporting and ROI)
