In a multi-company structure, it is possible to extend a user's existing roles and permissions to secondary companies (i.e., companies other than the user's primary company).
ℹ️ Important Security Note
To enhance security and prevent fraud in Acubiz, an administrator cannot edit their own profile. Changes to an administrator profile must always be made by another administrator. See User Access Control for Administrators
Conditions for Expenses and Reimbursement
Note that this extension does not grant the employee the ability to reimburse expenses (make expense claims) in the secondary companies.
ℹ️ If a user needs access to reimburse expenses in companies other than their primary one, you should instead follow the instructions: Create user access for reimbursement in secondary companies.
How to Assign Access
Go to the user's profile in Acubiz.
Find the section Access to Secondary Companies.
Select the relevant companies to which the user's roles should be extended.
Click Save.
Examples of Role Extension
The effect of the extension depends on the roles assigned to the user in their primary company:
1. Employee (Regular User)
A regular employee who submits expense claims only has access to their primary company.
