Guidelines for Access to the Audit Team

Recommended Setup for Audit User

If the audit team needs access to Acubiz, we recommend creating a dedicated user with the Statistics role.

This setup provides auditors with access to the necessary reports and data for auditing purposes, while maintaining the system's security and data integrity.

Note regarding Single Sign-On (SSO):
If SSO is used as the login method, the external auditor must be created with an internal company account in the company’s EntraID to access Acubiz. This ensures that access complies with the company’s data security policy.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Create the User
   Create the new user in the system. See guide: Create a new user in Acubiz

2. Assign the Statistics Role
   Once the user is created, assign them the "Statistics" role. See guide: Add/remove a role from a user

3. Searching Entries
   With the Statistics role, the auditor can use the search function to find the relevant entries. See guide: Perform a search and get a search report
