You have the following options to record mileage in your personal car:

2. Manually from "Unprocessed"
3. Manually directly from a travel expense report

Step-by-Step: Manual Creation of Mileage

The procedure for manual creation is the same whether you start from the Unprocessed overview or directly inside a Travel Expense Report:

1. Click Create.
2. Select Mileage.

A new mileage receipt will now be created. Fill in the following mandatory information:

• Car registration number
• From: Address, postal code, and city
• To: Address, postal code, and city
• KM: Number of kilometers driven

Tips for multiple stops: You can add up to six mileage lines on the same receipt. This makes it easy to record a day with up to six different destinations together.
