Recording Personal Purchases on Company Cards

Note: Use of company cards for personal purposes must always comply with the company's applicable guidelines.

When and how is the function used?

• Applies only to company-paid credit cards:
  If you have exceptionally used your company-paid credit card for a personal expense, the transaction must be recorded under the category "Personal purchases on credit card" in the expense system.

• What does the registration mean?
  When an expense is marked as a personal purchase, it is automatically classified as personal. This ensures that the company does not cover the expense, and the amount will subsequently be deducted directly from your next paycheck.

• Privately paid credit cards:
  This function must not be used if you have paid out of pocket with your own private credit card. Expenses on private cards must instead be submitted as regular expense reports for reimbursement.
