Master Data Extraction

You can extract various master data from Acubiz for overviews, user data, dimension data, or chart of accounts.

Go to:

And then:

Select the type of data to extract:

A report will be generated for downloading the extract file.

Master data extractions are retained until deleted.

Each extract contains relevant information for its area.

Open master data correctly in Excel

In certain versions of Excel (depending on configuration and regional settings), UTF-8 encoding may not be supported when opening CSV files directly through Excel, which can cause some special characters to display incorrectly.

Please follow the steps below to ensure the data is opened correctly in Excel:

Locate the CSV file you want to import into Excel:

Excel now displays the import dialog box and here it is important that "File origin" is selected to 65001: Uniciode (UTF-8) for the data to be imported correctly.
