Setting Up in Acubiz:

Employer ID Setup

Acubiz configures your company's employer number with Visma. Contact Visma for the correct number before setup.

Navigate to ADMIN => ADDITIONAL SETTINGS => KEYWORDS

Click on the number for EmployerID:

Click EDIT to enter the correct number.

Now you can update the number to the correct one:

Group ID Setup

Only set this up if your company uses group IDs; otherwise, skip this step.

Navigate to ADMIN => ADDITIONAL SETTINGS => KEYWORDS

Go to the item GroupID and click on the text:

Click EDIT

Fill in the group IDs used - if several group IDs, there must be one group ID per. line.

Press SAVE and proceed with the setup of users.

Go to this section:

Overview of users who have set up Dataløn information.

If users are missing information or need changes, update their individual profiles as shown below:

User Setup

In Acubiz, user master data includes the following information. Navigate to the SALARY SECTION for each user.

Enter the following:

• Employer ID (select from the list)
• Pay Category Code (select from the list)
• Group ID (select if applicable)
• Salary Number (from Visma Dataløn)

This process applies to all employees.
