Setup in Acubiz:

Setting up employer ID

Acubiz sets up the employer number that your company has with Visma. Contact Visma for the correct number before setting it up in Acubiz.

Go to ADMIN => ADDITIONAL SETTINGS => KEYWORDS

Go to the item EmployerID and click on the number:

Click EDIT to enter the correct number:

Now you can change the number to the correct number:

Group ID setup

This should only be set up if the company uses group IDs for the employees. If not, this point can be skipped.

Go to ADMIN => ADDITIONAL SETTINGS => KEYWORDS

Go to the item GroupID and click on the text:

Click EDIT

Fill in the group IDs used - if several group IDs, there must be one group ID per. line.

Press SAVE and proceed with the setup of users.

Overview of Dataløn setup for users

Go to this section:

Here is an overview of the users who have set up Dataløn finformationer.

If there are users who are missing the information or it needs to be changed, this must be done on the individual user's profile. See below:

User setup

In Acubiz, all users are set up with the following information on their master data in Acubiz. Go to the section SALARY SECTION on the individual user.

Enter here:

• Employer ID (select from the list)
• Pay category Code (Select from the list)
• Group ID (Select from the list if used)
• Salary number (write the employee's salary number from Visma Dataløn)

This process is done on all employees.
