At Acubiz, driving rates are updated automatically in these countries on an annual basis:
- Denmark
- Sweden
- Norway
- Finland
- Germany
| Exceptions may apply due to special rates or calculations. Acubiz can assist in such cases. Other countries require manual rate maintenance. |
Manual Driving Rate Updates
In countries without automatic updates, users must manually maintain driving rates. This example illustrates updating rates in the Acubiz ruleset.
Go to ADMIN
Navigate to Additional settings Driving rates
Here, you can view created driving rates.
Ensure there's a rate for the current year; if 2022's rate is missing, it needs to be created.
Create New Driving Rate
Click "Add new rate."
Fill out the form with the correct values, paying special attention to the date/year.
Note: If the form appears as shown, ensure certain fields are left blank.
After entering the correct values, click SAVE.
The new driving rate for the current year has been created.
