If automatic export of accounting files is set up in Acubiz, the default time until now has been daily at 4:00 PM (CET). You now have the option to customize this based on your company's needs.
Note: Changes to schedules require administrator rights in Acubiz.
How to Change the Schedule
Go to ADMIN in the main menu, and select the relevant section for export.
You will now see an overview of enabled export profiles. Profiles with automatic execution are marked with "Scheduled".
Click on the description of the export profile you want to change.
Select the desired frequency in the schedule (see options below).
Available Export Frequencies
In the schedule, you can choose from the following options:
| Frequency | Description |
| Simple Setup (Default) | Executed by default daily at 4:00 PM CET. Start time or interval cannot be customized. |
| Daily | Runs daily. Specify start time or hourly interval. |
| Weekly | Runs on selected weekdays. Specify start time or hourly interval. |
| Monthly | Runs on specific dates in the month with specified start time or interval. |
| Last Day of the Month | Executed on the last calendar day of the month at a specified time or interval. |
| Month End (Offset) | Executed a chosen number of days before the last day of the month (e.g., month end - 2 days). |
| Specific Dates | Manually specified dates. Executed at a fixed time or within selected time intervals. |
ℹ️ Tip for time intervals: If an hourly interval is selected, the export will always be executed on whole hours within the chosen time frame.
