Data Import Schedule

By default, automatic import of user and dimension data in Acubiz has taken place daily at 5:45 AM (CET). It is now possible to customize this import frequency according to your needs.

Note: Changes to the import schedule are performed by an Acubiz consultant and are billed as a consulting service.

Available Import Intervals

You can choose from the following models for automatic data import:

• Daily Import (Standard):
  • Standard Setup: Executed daily at 5:45 AM (CET).
  • Customized: Optional start time or fixed hourly interval.
• Weekly Import:
  • Import on specific weekdays with specified start time or hourly interval.
• Monthly Import:
  • Specific calendar days of the month: Executed on selected dates within the month.
  • Last day of the month: Executed on the last day of the month.
  • Last day of the month minus X days: Executed a chosen number of days before the end of the month.
• Specific Dates:
  • Executed on predefined dates with specified start time or hourly interval.

Flexible Time Intervals

For all models, it is possible to define a time window (e.g., from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM), during which the import is executed every full hour within the selected timeframe.
